RED PALM WING CHUN      

The Forms train the practitioner in the fundamental movement and correct force generation, developing a higher level of self awareness, balance, relaxation, and sensitivity.

小念頭 The first and the most important form in Wing Chun is Siu Nim Tau (little idea form)

​尋橋 The second form - Chum Kiu (sinking bridge)

鏢指 The third form - Biu Ji  (shooting fingers)

木人樁 The Muk Yan Jong (wooden man post)

黐手攏 Chi Sao (Drill Training)


六點半棍 Luk Dim Bun Gwan (Six and A Half Point Pole)
